Introducing the WhatsApp Connector (Beta)
Send important system notifications to your users through WhatsApp.
If your platform collects users’ WhatsApp numbers, you can now deliver the same system notifications currently sent by email through WhatsApp as well. This includes more than 40 notifications triggered by user activity and important account events.
To make setup easier, you can select Meta-approved WhatsApp templates for each notification. This helps reduce template rejection issues and lets you start sending messages using pre-approved formats.
How to connect WhatsApp

Visit superadmin.tradly.app/whatsapp (https://superadmin.tradly.app/whatsapp).

Add your business WhatsApp number.

Continue to Facebook/Meta authorization.

Complete verification using SMS or a phone call.

Finish the Meta onboarding process.
Once connected, you can enable WhatsApp notifications and choose the templates you want to use.
Some phone numbers may not be eligible for connection due to Meta’s requirements. If you encounter an issue, post in the community or submit a support ticket.
WhatsApp Connector is available to all users during beta. Features and pricing may change in the future.
Monitoring the messages
once you enable the whatsapp connector, and messages start flowing, you will be able to see the transactional messages here.
