Booking / Appointment Schedule

Hi,

When adding a booking/schedule listing there is the option to add dates and times in the diary which is great.

My questions is when I view it as an end user and click on the schedule pop up, it only shows the next 7 days. Is there a way to see dates beyond 7 days in the pop up?

Hi
That’s a good point. We didn’t have that. We will add into our backlogs. You could also share any screenshots to share your opinions

Great. Something else I noticed… my example is booking kayaking offering two variants (an adult and a child ticket - then these things happen:

  1. I add an adult ticket variant using the ‘add to cart’ button. What follows is the ‘add to cart’ button automatically changes to ‘go to cart’. say then the buyer wants to add a child ticket too. The buyer can select this using either button as both then go to the cart. Within the cart the buyer can change the quantity of adult and child tickets. However assume offered a third variant eg seniors ticket… i then have to use the go back function to got to the listing. Similar if i had more variants it have to keep going back. Rather than being able to stay on the listing page and add as many as needed before going to cart.

  2. Within the cart I can only select one schedule time for all tickets. There may be a case where i want one adult to book at time/date one, and another adult to book a different time/date. The work around at the moment for the buyer is to process payments as separate transactions for each appointment/booking time.

There is at least there is a work around for the above, but thought its worth letting you know the user experience should you wish to enhance this function in the future.

Hey! we are working on some enhancement to achieve what you have suggested. will come back to you.

Added: When I try add a one off event it still asks for the “repeat” field to be filled in. There isn’t a “No Repeat” option. You are forced to have a repeat.

Added: The variant name only appears on the seller page, not the buyer as well… the buyer may forget what variants they ordered so it would be good to have this on there.

Hey Farons,

Regarding the “No Repeat” option, yeah, it’s not in there right now. We’re definitely going to chat about it internally to see if we can make that happen. I’ll keep you posted!

And about the variant name visibility, I totally get what you mean. That’s a quick fix we can roll out—maybe as soon as tomorrow or sometime next week.

Thanks for your question and suggestion .

Hey there,

We went ahead and added the variant name to the buyer order details page, and it’s already live! Take a look and let us know how it’s working for you. If you run into any issues on your end, just give us a heads-up.
