Bulk listing template showing up as html, instead of csv

Hi, when viewing the Bulk listing template, the file shows html as opposed to csv.

It’s a csv file now. ty. Also it would be helpful to have pre-exting values under the template headings to show what values should be entered under the headings.

I discovered that if I leave the parent column empty, then the listing category is automatically set to “Parent Category”.

If I have a pre-exting parent category in Superadmin (ex: Fruit) and then I try to upload the csv with name column value as “apple” and set the parent column value to “Fruit”, the import is rejected, stating: Error: Invalid ‘parent’ category on Row 1. Value: Fruit.

If possible, having a csv template upload file for Strings Translations would be also beneficial.

Thank you for sharing your challenges. The download feature for categories is now available. To identify the category ID of the parent category, simply follow these steps:

  1. Access the download feature for categories.
  2. Download the data for the category you wish to use as the parent category.
  3. Identify the category ID of the parent category by examining the downloaded data.
  4. When uploading 25 subcategories, be sure to include the parent category ID in the appropriate field.
