Cannot change the settings of "Additional Features"

Im having trouble changing any settings in the additional features, especially shipping charges & offer percent. Can i know why is this happening to me?

It sounds like you might be using multiple emails for posting, which could be causing some confusion and making follow-up difficult.
To help us sort this out quickly, could you provide us access to your super admin with this email: tech@tradly.app? Also, please share your website domain and any screenshots if possible.

The issue im facing is that the offer percentage & shipping charges are NOT getting switch on.

I switch them on and they go back to default, the same as in the attached pic.

Hey,
looks like its working now, can i know whats the use of the shipping charges in the additional features?
and also, in the shipping settings, when i go to config and apply a flat charge, why cant i use decimals? as in 2.5 KWD instead of just 2,3 and so on.
