Checkout not working

I would like to point out that whenever i try to checkout in an account or as a guest, i keep getting this error that says account not found and select shipping method even tho the shipping method is not even visible (i made sure that its visible in the editor).


as you can see, this is what happens, i have added Tech@tradly.app into my project, pls do advice.

i do also have a question regarding variants, is there anyway we can let customers choose more than one or to make it optional? as when i put multiple ones, they can choose only 1 and its compulsory to choose.

Thank you for reaching out.

We have checked and noticed that when you duplicated our template, it was a C2C type template. This enabled the shipping method preference based on the account. However, when switching to a B2C type, that configuration was not disabled at the account level.

We have made this change for you, and we have verified that the checkout is now working fine on our end. Please check it on your end as well and let us know if you encounter any issues.
