Delete a user/accounts

As an admin, how to:
1: Delete a user/accounts?
2: Block a user/accounts?

3: Also how to Resend OTP?,
I am not able to find these in superadmin dashboard and in API docs.

4: During user registration (using API and react js), can i add extra data of users such as country, city, mobile number etc?
