Donation platform - Campaign Expired Message and Adding Registration Fee for Listings

I need assistance with two issues related to my listings:

  1. Campaign Expired Issue
    When I add a “Donate” button to the listings, it shows a message saying “Campaign Expired.” I’m unsure what’s causing this. Could you please help me understand why this happens and how I can fix it so the donate button functions properly?

  2. Adding Registration Fee Section
    I’d like to set up a feature where users need to pay a registration fee to list their items. Is there a way to integrate this into the listing process? If so, could you provide guidance or steps on how to implement it?

Based on guess

  1. Can you check the listings you are trying to donate has EXPIRED END DATE? because if the campaign end date is expired, it will show this message

Go to menu from your end user website > menu > my accounts > listings
Note: if this is test listing, delete them. And use a new listing to see if the issue persist.

  1. Registration fee aka subscription fee
    Yes you can activate subscription feature for accounts, so only the accounts which had active subscription will be able to post listings

Go to superadmin> settings > subscription

Do note : currently all payment gateways are not available for subscriptions. Let us know which payment gateway you have an account, we will share on how to achieve this
