Step 1: Understanding what’s happening
When your template isn’t loading completely, it’s usually one of these:
- Cache issue or browser glitch — Try opening it in incognito mode or clearing cache.
- Editor issue — Go directly to the editor page here:
https://tradly.app/editor - Workspace misconfiguration — Sometimes the workspace doesn’t have the template linked properly. You can check this inside your Tradly Workspace.
If it still fails, tell me what template name you’re using (like “Property Marketplace”, “Rental Platform”, etc.), and I’ll guide you specifically for that one.
Step 2: Adding your clients (vendors, property owners, or agents)
In Tradly, these are called Accounts.
Think of Accounts as “mini stores” or “seller dashboards”.
Here’s how to add or allow them to sign up:
Option 1: Let them sign up themselves
They can visit your marketplace and go to:
yourwebsite.com/a/create-account
Here they can create their own account (seller profile) — e.g. “Sunshine Properties” or “GreenLeaf Realty”.
Once they sign up, they can log in and start posting their own property listings.
You can test it yourself using:
Create Test Seller Account > https://yourwebsite.com/a/create-account
Option 2: Add them manually via SuperAdmin
If you want to pre-create some clients (like trusted property agents), go to:
SuperAdmin > Accounts > ‘SuperAdmin - Tradly - No-code builder to Configure your Platform’
There, you can:
- Add a new account manually
- Configure custom fields (like “Company Name”, “License ID”, “Region”, etc.)
- Set approval workflows (so only verified accounts can list properties)
Step 3: Allowing clients to publish properties themselves
Once a client has an account:
- They log into your marketplace website.
- They go to their dashboard:
yourwebsite.com/a/my-account - From there, they can create listings (properties):
yourwebsite.com/l(for adding new listings)
You can configure what information each listing should have (like photos, price, number of rooms, etc.) from here:
SuperAdmin > Listing Attributes
and also from UI perspective in Editor > Pages > Add Listing
Step 4: If you want clients to get paid for their properties
If your clients are selling or renting properties where payments go to them, you can configure payouts:
SuperAdmin > Payments
