Hi,
It appears that your current interface is not set up for a B2C marketplace model. During the setup process, you may have selected the C2C product option on the product onboarding page or duplicated a C2C template.
For a C2C marketplace, you cannot add listings directly from this interface. Users need to create a store account on the main website first, and then they can add listings.
If you want to change your marketplace model, you can upgrade your account at this link.

The only issue now is that I cannot access the superadmin as my account got deleted but Tech is already in the project.
