Is it possible to manage Shop from desktop?

I would like to know, if the Shop Superadmin is possible to manage from desktop? Also, instead of notifications about new orders, is it possible to send an e-mail to the Shop about new orders?

We are working on two things as of now adding to our client requests.

  • Having a desktop app to manage the store like a Smart POS. This app will not be released soon.
  • Regarding the notification, it’s a valid request. Yes we don’t support mail for order confirmation but it’s going to be done as well end of Q3 when we provide feature updates to marketplace. (This includes notification controlling - Switch off/On. Also multi languages in Notification as we don’t support that).

PS: We have too many request in terms of new features, so we will be clearing one by one based on roadmap.
