Listings uploaded via CSV not showing on the marketplace

I’ve uploaded my listings using CSV, and everything looked fine initially. I can see them when logged in as the owner of the listings, but they are not visible on the public marketplace.

What could be wrong, and what settings need to be activated to make them visible?

If you’ve already uploaded via CSV, here are the most common issues that hide listings from buyers:

  • Stock is Zero

    • If the stock is 0, physical products will not be visible.
    • Check your CSV or SuperAdmin and ensure stock values are greater than 0.
  • Listing Status

    • Make sure listings are marked as Active/Published (not Draft or Pending).
  • Vendor/Store Status

    • The vendor/store linked to the listing must be active and approved. If the vendor is inactive, none of their listings will display.
  • Category Assignment

    • Verify the listings are assigned to a valid category. If the category is deactivated or hidden, the products won’t appear.

Listing Types

Currently, you cannot set listing types via CSV upload. When you upload through CSV, the system automatically sets up the listings in a default way. If you need to define specific listing types (e.g., service, product, digital item), this has to be done through the main website / SuperAdmin interface, not via CSV.
