My account has been deleted

Hey again,

my account got deleted and lost access to the superadmin, i have added tech in there so if its possible to get added to the project again, that would be great.
and according to my previous pending post.
i wrote the tech email wrong, its tech@tradly.app

We regret to inform you that deleting your account is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be restored.

I’m aware of that but is it possible to add me back to the project? I need that project its important.

Hi,

When you add our or any other email for support purposes, we do not have full access to your account. The main account email will always have the highest priority.

If you delete your tenant, it means that every participant will lose access to that tenant.

Is there anyway you can delete the whole project?
I wanted that domain which was, altayebgrill.tradly.co

Hi,

When you click on delete, the entire project will be deleted. If you want to change the domain, follow these steps:

1.	Go to the workspace page: https://tradly.app/workspace.
2.	Click on the three-dot icon .

   3.	Select “Update Site.”

You will see an option to change the domain. Replace the current domain with your old name, and it should update your domain.

If this doesn’t work, please let us know, and we will update it manually for you.
