There is 3 possible reason these issues can happen.
- When your seller is onboarding, he/she have not added pickup address
To evaluate this, go to your seller account page and check if pickup address is added
**Sendcloud / shipment aggregators use two address to calculate courier fee. When there is no pickup address, it has only one address. So sendcloud cannot show the courier choices **

Check if your sendcloud setup is fully completed

Verify if your setup on SuperAdmin and Editor is correct
- Refer this information for superadmin setup
- Under Editor > Checkout Page > You have added Sendcloud Blocks to show courier choices.
