For a marketplace business to maintain quality and safety of community, reporting (spam, illegal, safety, etc) a listing or account is important.
This feature which was available only on mobile app is now implemented in website as well.
And your users can submit the reasons why the listing is reported.
From Admin level, the marketplace owner can see the reported listing and act up on it.
There are few pending ideas which we plan to do in future
- Adding report listings into webhooks API. So you can connect with Zapier to send out any emails, etc.
- Also adding the number of listings reported today in REPORTS, and in a email Digest as well.
