When I add the reviews block, it does not appear on the product page. I tested on different devices, and it still does not appear.

Two possible solutions.
- Remove those blocks and add again
- Or check the block settings > make sure the reviews is selected for all order types
Am guessing the second solution.

I tried both solutions but it didn’t work. I even made a new row and added it with all selected but it still doesn’t show in editor or on the live Web page.

We are still checking on this. We are still figuring out the error itself.
- Did any user has made the REVIEWS for the item you are sharing? Because from the RED highlighted box, I don’t see any ratings applied.
Also do note the REVIEWS can be given if the user has made ORDER. So in order detail page, did the buyer has made any REVIEW?
- I hope you are not asking whether every user can review a listing irrespective of past purchase of that listing or not.
We tested this again, and it works:
But we understand that there is no empty state to tell “There is no review yet”, so it might be confusing.
