Seperate UI/UX configuration for mobile & desktop

Upon configuring the UI/UX of the listing page i realized that the platform’s approach is desktop first, and the placement of the blocks cannot be separately configured for mobile usage and desktop usage. Is there a way to work around this problem?

I understand that you use the agile framework for product development, however I am unsure as to whether there is a pre existing resolve to my query. Hence I have refrained from adding it as a user story from the 'ideas & feature request" category.

Only the layout(row,column) styles can be managed for mobile and desktop separately. The block level styles on separate device doesn’t really make a big difference in our view.

However we are planning to bring rules where certain blocks you don’t need to show in mobile app. Share more use case scenario on what you are expecting, we can see if that can help every users.
