Just double check whether the popup is blocked on your browser. We are considering what would be the case if the page get’s loaded on the same page. This way we might avoid popup issues(edge cases).

We have improved the Stripe Connect page by allowing the URL of STRIPE to load on same page. By this, the Safari will not create issues like Popup blocker / confusion to your users.
Test and let us know if all is good.
