[Stripe connect] Seller wants to keep a wallet with money to buy product later

We have a saller who made a sale, and he wants to keep the money in his balance, and then buy an item later.

Is it possible with Stripe connect?

We have asked Solution from stripe like this before a year. It wasn’t available at that time.
