Subscription templates not activated + Branding still showing on Starter plan trial

I recently subscribed to the free trial of the Starter Subscription ($34) for my marketplace (example.com).

According to the plan details, the subscription includes the ability to activate gated subscriptions for vendors. However, when I try to add the subscription template, the platform shows that the templates are not yet activated.

Could you please help me activate the subscription card and subscription listings for my marketplace?

Also, I noticed that the “Built by Tradly” branding is still visible at the bottom of my site. Since Starter subscription should remove this branding, could you clarify why it’s still showing?

Subscription Feature in Starter Plan

  • The subscription system is available in the Starter plan. You can create subscription products from SuperAdmin, and a default subscription page will be available.

  • However, custom subscription blocks (dynamic subscription templates) are not part of the Starter plan. These are only included starting from the Growth plan.

Branding Removal

    • The “Built by Tradly” branding is removed only after a successful paid subscription.

    • During the trial period, the branding will remain visible. Once the plan is activated with payment, it will be automatically removed.
