In the super admin app “App customization” when I enable “Mobile number in email signup”, the mobile number field is visible in the app preview but not visible in the web preview and I am unable to signup through the web preview.

Let me get back on this. Some miscommunication from our side on the feature explanation.

Here is what you need to do.
SuperAdmin > Countries > Add your country.
As the country is not available, it was not showing up. It also a learning for us that we will be enabling the default country in the countries list to avoid this confusion in future. And also putting an alert or info to add countries in the country list.

It’s meant to be flexible. So you can add any countries you like.
