Understanding Grey Boxes in the Editor
When you see grey boxes like this, it means the Dynamic Block you used in the Editor (https://tradly.app/editor) (or the one that comes by default when duplicating a template) has no content.
How to Fix It
- Check the Editor Settings
- Go to Editor → Respective Page (e.g., Home Page).
- Look for any Listing Collection or Account Collection that is present.
- Remove it if it’s empty and then test again.

- If you add some listings (products), the content will automatically appear inside the block.
