If you want to have control on the minimum order amount, you may go to
Superadmin > Settings > Payment Gateways > Select the payment type & set the minimum purchase limit

Note: The reason for minimum purchase limit is due to the restriction some payment gateways restrict. Stripe has it’s own limit. So you can setup different limit based for different gateways.
